Our commitment
We aim to align the Fidessium corporate portal with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and to support the accessibility objectives of Ontario's accessibility framework. This is an ongoing design and testing commitment, not a claim that every experience is free of barriers.
What we are doing
- Using semantic headings, landmarks, meaningful link text, and keyboard-accessible navigation.
- Maintaining visible focus indicators and readable colour contrast.
- Supporting responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences.
- Using plain language where practical and identifying the status of products clearly.
- Reviewing accessibility as Fidessium Learning, Finance, and Communicate evolve.
Known boundaries
The corporate portal links to UAT products and external services that may have their own accessibility status. Some experimental AI output may be incomplete, inconsistent, or difficult to interpret. We welcome reports that help us improve these experiences.
Request an accommodation or alternate format
Email support@fidessium.com with “Accessibility request” in the subject line. Tell us which page or feature created a barrier and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include medical details unless they are necessary.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is reviewed by the Fidessium team and used to prioritize improvements. If email itself is a barrier, ask a trusted person to contact us on your behalf while we develop additional contact options.
